Email workbench@tinkervalley.ca. Include the email address on your Workbench account and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or private project files unless we ask for them.

Common questions

How do I share a project?

Open a project, choose the options menu, then Manage collaborators. Invite a verified Workbench account as View only or Full access.

How do I turn on notifications?

In Workbench, open Settings and choose Enable push notifications. You can also control alerts in iPhone Settings.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual projects in the app. To request account deletion, email us from the address associated with your account.
